Progress rarely arrives in a moment of breakthrough. It is assembled quietly, one ordinary day at a time, by people who have stopped waiting to feel motivated.
Starting over in a new country, career or season asks for grief and courage at the same time. What carries us through is smaller and more ordinary than we expect.
